The short version: everything we sell is in hand. Same/next day shipping — every order ships within one business day with tracking. Sneakers ship free; apparel ships free on orders over $150. U.S. shipping only. Wrong size? You get 7 days from delivery to swap it or take store credit.
Same/next day shipping
Every item on the site is in hand, inspected and photographed by us. Orders ship the same or next business day (weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day).
You get a tracking number by email (and text, if you opted in) the moment the label is scanned.
Before anything is boxed, it goes through our verification check: materials, stitching, tags, box label, and SKU match. If a pair or piece fails inspection, it never ships. We refund you in full and let you know right away.

Carriers can run late during holidays and weather events; your tracking link always has the latest status.
We ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders at this time.
Check your delivery details
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before you place your order. We ship exactly to the address on the order, and once a label is created we cannot reroute it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and reship once the corrected address and a new shipping fee are covered.
Need to change the address? Message us immediately on Instagram or email — if the label has not been printed yet, we will fix it for free.
7-day size exchanges & store credit
Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to swap it for another size or get store credit for the full item price.
- How: DM us on Instagram or use the contact page with your order number and what you want — new size or store credit. We reply with the return address and next steps.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags, box and packaging, exactly as it shipped. Sneakers must come back in the original box with no creasing or sole wear.
- Shipping: you cover the return shipping and we ship your exchange back to you free.
- No size available? If the size you want is gone, you get store credit for the full item price — it never expires.
- Not eligible: special orders and sourced-on-request pieces (deposit orders), anything marked Final Sale, and items that come back worn, washed, altered or missing tags or box.
Not sure on size? DM us before you order — we know how every brand we carry fits and we'll tell you straight. Want extra photos or a video of the exact piece? Ask and we'll send them before you pay.
Special orders
Don't see it on the site? We source shoes, bags, clothing and accessories. Send us a picture of the item and your size and we'll quote you the best price and an estimated arrival date. Most special orders arrive in 7–10 days, and some pieces come in as fast as 2–5 days. 50% deposit to start, with tracking and photo updates along the way. Every special order is verified in hand before it ships to you.
Something wrong with your order?
If your item arrived damaged, is not what you ordered, or you have any concern about its authenticity, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item, tags, box, and shipping label
- A quick note on what is wrong
We will respond within 24 hours — usually much faster — and make it right with a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. If we shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged in transit, or anything we sold is ever proven inauthentic, you get a full refund to your original payment and we cover return shipping.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking says delivered but you do not have your package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf. For high-value orders we may require a signature on delivery to protect you.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders move fast. If you need to cancel or change something, message us right away. We can cancel any order that has not been labeled yet. Once a label is printed, the order is in motion and the exchange policy above applies.
