Size exchanges and store credit within 7 days of delivery. Every item we sell is 100% authentic and in hand.
7-day size exchanges and store credit
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a size exchange or store credit for the full item price.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, box and packaging, exactly as it shipped. Sneakers must come back in the original box with no creasing or sole wear.
- How to start: email contact@moneyykicks.com or DM @shopmoneykicks on Instagram with your order number and whether you want a new size or store credit. We reply with the return address. Items sent back without a request cannot be accepted.
- Shipping: you cover return shipping; we ship your exchange back free.
- Size not available? You receive store credit for the full item price. Store credit never expires.
Full refunds
You receive a full refund to your original payment method, and we cover return shipping, if we shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged in transit, or anything we sold is ever proven inauthentic. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, tags, box and label. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Not eligible
- Special orders and sourced-on-request (deposit) orders
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items returned worn, washed, altered, or missing tags, box or packaging
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Cancellations
We can cancel any order that has not been labeled yet. Once a label is printed, the exchange policy above applies.
