Everything we sell is in hand, with same/next day shipping. Every order ships within one business day with tracking. U.S. shipping only.

Processing

Orders ship the same or next business day; weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day. You get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

Rates

• Sneakers and slides: free, tracked and insured, 3-5 business days after dispatch
• Apparel and accessories, orders $150+: free, tracked, 3-5 business days
• Apparel and accessories under $150: calculated at checkout
• Los Angeles pickup or same-day delivery: by appointment, DM us

Where we ship

All 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. No international shipping or freight forwarders.

Lost, stolen or damaged

Every shipment is insured. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we open the carrier claim for you.

Holiday cutoff

For delivery by December 25 in the contiguous U.S., order by December 16.
